Pulte Homes Starts Construction of Model Home Park with Five New Model Homes

ESTERO, Fla. — Pulte Homes has started construction of a new model home park with five new models and a state-of-the-art sales center at Corkscrew Shores, the gated luxury community – a joint venture with leading real estate developer Cameratta Companies – located on Corkscrew Road three miles east of I-75 in Estero.

Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte’s South Florida division, said the home builder plans to offer two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes at Corkscrew Shores in 12 Life Tested® floor plans that range in size from 1,289 square feet of living space to more than 4,200 square feet.

All five new model homes will open in June, Mairn said.

The Clubview model features four bedrooms, a den and a family hobby room in 3,078 square feet of living space.

The Stonewater model, with 3,925 square feet, offers three bedrooms and a den on the ground floor with a loft and optional fourth bedroom upstairs.

The three-bedroom Pinnacle model home offers 2,488 square feet with a den.

Pulte’s popular Martin Ray model offers three bedrooms with a den in 2,107 square feet.

The two-bedroom Taft Street model offers 2,188 square feet of living space with a den and an upstairs loft with an optional third bedroom.

Mairn said Corkscrew Shores features resort-style amenities including a grand clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis, bocce ball and pickle ball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center and movement studio, and a Captain’s Club outdoor bar, full service snack bar and pavilion.

Corkscrew Shores also boasts miles of walking trails and its own 240-acre neighborhood lake stocked with sport fish, kayak and canoe launch, a fishing dock and a fire pit.

The community is surrounded by an area of established communities, conveniently located to retail, restaurant and entertainment venues especially Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, top-rated primary and higher education opportunities with easy access to major arterial highways and the Southwest Florida International Airport.
