FORT MYERS, Florida 30 March 2011— For a second consecutive year, one of Cameratta Companies’ signature High Point Place models has been named a winner of the Lee Building Industry Association’s annual Parade of Homes showcase. Capturing an impressive total of seven awards, the ‘Jewel at High Point Place,’ or Unit Model 2908, won among its competition the Superior Home Award, receiving honors for Best Exterior, Best Landscape, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, Best Livability, Best Interior Design and Best Outdoor Living.
“Our intent with the ‘Jewel of High Point Place’ model was for it to be among our most attractive selections, from a design, detail and livability standpoint,” says Laura Youmans, Interior Design Coordinator for Cameratta Companies, whose vision created the Jewel unit. “We are grateful to the Parade of Homes showcase for confirming that our vision for this model is a reality.”
Among the more desirable components to capture the attention of judges for the Parade of Homes were the private elevator lobby, contemporary lighting, and classic exterior moldings – and that’s simply the exterior. Once inside, ‘the Jewel,’ features exceptional wall finishes including luster stone, venetian plaster and mosaic glass.—surrounded with a visibility that includes the expansive skyline of Fort Myers and the nearby Caloosahatchee River.
In 2010, Cameratta Companies’ High Point Place also took home top honors for its Manhattan model as well. To learn more information about the honors for Cameratta Companies at this year’s 2011 Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes, visit us online at www.camerattacompanies.com.
