Drift, The Craft Lounge & Paradise Patio Bar
Cameratta Companies kicked off the New Year by unveiling their community restaurant at Verdana Village. This new gathering space features American-Bistro fare and a contemporary coastal aesthetic, inspired by the natural beauty of Southwest Florida.
With three distinct dining spaces, and a private dining room, residents can experience everything from an intimate dinner for two to a vibrant gathering with live music, family-fun entertainment, and shared bites.
Drift
When residents and their guests step inside the private restaurant known as Drift, they’re immediately whisked to a coastal retreat with Driftwood accents and custom finishings. The bright and airy space boasts suspended greenery and minimalist paintings that feature local Florida wildlife. Visitors immediately stop to admire the 15-seat bar with a magnificent Great White Heron accent piece. Heron sculptures pair with jade booths and custom wood finishes to create a serene dining environment from start to finish.
Menu highlights include the Smash Burger, French Dip Grilled Cheese, Thai Crunch Salad, and Short Rib Rigatoni.
Residents can also host celebrations in the private dining space that opens onto an outdoor terrace. Plush seating and driftwood hues set the scene for an upscale gathering with family and friends. The private dining space can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The Craft Lounge
The Craft Lounge evokes the sophisticated vibe of a Chicago pub. Dark backdrops with subtle uplighting and contemporary décor create a setting that’s both elegant and relaxed. Glass garage doors open to an intimate outdoor patio with opportunities for live music, comedy nights, and al-fresco bites.
Residents can enjoy any of the 16 beers on tap. The Craft Lounge shines a light on local breweries with sips such as the Fort Myers Brewery High 5 IPA and Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter, as well as the Old Naples Blonde from Rip Tide Brewing.
Craft cocktails include the ‘Verdana Margarita’ and ‘A Girls Best Friend’ – an Absolute Citron martini served with pomegranate juice, Limoncello, and simple syrup.
Paradise Patio Bar
Resort-style living comes to life on the Paradise Patio Bar, right outside the door from Drift Restaurant. The crown jewel of the space is an outdoor bar with four 50” screen TVs and a large, walk-up window for poolside refreshments. Roll-down screens provide a weather-proof space for a night out ̵ even during the summer rains. The nature motif continues outdoors with an accent wall of lush greenery and its driftwood color scheme.
