Corkscrew Shores

Not your traditional community, we enhanced every aspect of Corkscrew Shores to feel like a vacation destination. The community’s fresh coastal theme was designed to complement its spectacular 240-acre blue lake, which is the centerpiece of the community’s character.

Homes are newly constructed, single-family designs with a variety of layouts and scenic views.
